Water damage referrals around Spokane

Spokane Water Damage Co takes requests for houses in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Mead, Airway Heights, and Deer Park. We do not have a shop in each city, and we do not publish a roster of contractors. The same form covers all of them.

Tell us where the water reached

Use the city on your mail or the ZIP. A contractor confirms whether they will go there.

By requesting a quote, you agree that we may share your request with local contractors who can contact you about your project. Privacy Policy.

Free referral service. Up to 3 independent contractors may contact you.

Spokane

City addresses from downtown out through the South Hill, North Spokane, West Central, and Hillyard all use this form. Basements and crawl spaces are both common. Name the neighborhood or the ZIP in the project details if you want that on the request. The location field can be the ZIP or the word Spokane.

Spokane Valley

Valley addresses are part of the core area. People often say the Valley instead of Spokane, and that is the right thing to write. Nearby places such as Millwood can use the same form. Put the city you use for mail so the contractor can decide on travel.

Liberty Lake

Liberty Lake sits east of the Valley. Write Liberty Lake or the ZIP. We do not claim a crew stationed there. A newer house with a failed supply line is the same kind of request as an older one.

Cheney

Cheney is southwest of Spokane, including houses in town. Distance is part of whether an independent contractor accepts the job. Sending the request does not promise a Cheney-based company is on the other end.

Mead

Mead is the city name on many north-side addresses in unincorporated Spokane County. Put Mead or the ZIP. The referral does not change because the house is outside Spokane city limits. Crawl spaces on the north side are a frequent place for a frozen line to show up.

Airway Heights

Airway Heights and the West Plains side of the metro area are included. Write the city or ZIP. Open lots and newer subdivisions still need the same description: what failed, what is wet, and whether the water is off.

Deer Park

Deer Park is north of Spokane in Spokane County. Winter freezes are part of why a supply line shows up on a request from there. Write Deer Park or the ZIP. We do not claim a shop in town, and a provider decides whether the drive is one they will make.

What we will not promise

We do not guarantee that three contractors will respond, that someone will arrive the same day, or that every ZIP inside those cities is a fit for every provider. Up to 3 independent contractors may receive the request. A provider may contact you. This is not an emergency service.

Read about restoration, burst pipes, basement water, cost and insurance, or mold after a leak before you write the note, if that helps you describe it. None of those pages is a quote.

Straight answers

Do you cover Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Mead, Airway Heights, and Deer Park?

Yes. Those cities are part of the referral area along with Spokane. Put the city or ZIP on the request. An independent contractor decides whether they will travel there.

What if I live just outside those cities?

Send the ZIP anyway and say the city you use for mail. Coverage is a contractor decision. We do not keep a public map of driving distance.

Will you tell me which contractor is coming?

We do not publish a roster and we do not promise that someone is coming. Up to 3 independent providers may receive the request so they can respond. Whoever contacts you should be willing to give you their company name.
